Hamptons on the Hudson will be the first of three charity events hosted by the senior class of The Culinary Institute of America this summer. This event is a student envisioned and executed capstone project organized by the Foodservice Management class. Hamptons parties have been known to exude extravagance, class, and luxury. Our event will invite the Hamptons’ lavish ways to the Hudson Valley to create one unforgettable night. The event will be held at The Culinary Institute of America campus in Hyde Park on June 16, beginning with a reception overlooking the Hudson River. The reception will include a silent auction to benefit Rocky Strong and the Peter Banks Memorial scholarship fund, as well as a raffle to support The Food Bank of the Hudson Valley. To enter the raffle, guests are asked to bring nonperishable food donations. A four-course dinner will follow the reception, accompanied by live music provided by the elegant 20-piece jazz orchestra, “The Big Band Sound.” Proceeds to benefit:

The Peter Banks Memorial Scholarship was created in memory of a beloved CIA Facilities Department Manager
